FRIDAY – Feb, 5th Registration 7:00pm
7:30 -9:00 pm Sadhana Yoga Chi –Fluid Power session 1

level of fitness. Sadhana Yoga Chi uses a variety of different vinyasas, each
separate vinyasa is based on the energy flow of the individual yoga postures.”

SATURDAY – Feb. 6th session 2
Begin each morning with Sharon for:
8 am Pranayama instruction and meditation
A great way to start your day and begin an every morning pranayama practice.
9-11:30am Mastering the Secrets of Yoga Flow with Doug session 3

1:30 –4:00pm Beyond Asana and Breath: there is more to it: with Doug session 4

This workshop will include light asana and vinyasa as well as lecture in to practice.
Topics can include the following:
External and internal tools for success
Yoga Kriyas (internal cleansing) and detoxification
Subtle Anatomy: Inner conscience and the Chakras
Karma Yoga: Body and earth ecology
Enhanced yogic diet
The Many paths to spirituality
4-5pm Examine the state of your consciousness in a meditation with Sharon
session 5
SUNDAY – Feb. 7th
8am Prana and meditation with Sharon session 6
9 – 11:30am Doug leads Sadhana Yoga Chi with partner assists. Session 7
